5. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation
An order is considered final once payment is successfully completed.
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
BAEL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of errors, suspected fraud, or force majeure.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within the stated processing time mentioned on the Website.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

8. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, the standard return process applies.
