Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, any resulting return shipping fees or additional charges may be deducted from the refund.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
BAEL is not responsible for orders that are:

Lost

Returned to sender
due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases:

Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund; or
