5. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.

Once shipped, the standard return procedure applies.

However, all sales and purchases are made directly with BAEL.
