We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as BAEL is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

The wrong item was delivered.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of valid withdrawal under EU law (where standard delivery costs must be refunded).
BAEL is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged during transit.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
